Ability to manage multiple loads and deadlines simultaneously Negotiating rates with brokers and shippers to maximize profits. coordinating with drivers regarding pickup and delivery schedules. Strong knowledge of GIS, GPS technology, and transportation planning principles. Familiarity with supply chain processes, logistics operations, and fleet management practices. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data for decision-making purposes. Proficiency in data entry, typing, and managing multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of 3PL operations and shipping regulations is preferred. Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to interact effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
